• Linear motors on all axes enable fast acceleration and deceleration.
• Lightweight, extra-stiff cabon-fiber gantries permit high travel speed.
• The TwinHead can pick up two components simultaneously, enabling   very high placement rates.
• A wide component range provides great flexibility.
• Use of a Matrix Tray Changer (MTC) allows component feeding from   trays.
• Improved camera system enables fast and very reliable component   recognition, allowing placement of complex packages such as CCGA as   well as all types of ball-grid arrays.
