NXT modules are rapidly reconfigurable to ensure your ability to meet real-time production demands. M3 (320 mm wide) and M6 (645 mm wide) modules can be arranged and quickly rearranged to specifically fit your unique and dynamically changing production environment. Exchangeable Placing HeadThe exchangeable head allows each module to support almost all surface mount component types and perform both high-speed chip mounting and odd-form component placement. Placement AccuracyHigh-precision placement accuracy is constantly maintained with automatic part camera, mark camera, and nozzle center measurements. PCB BackupThe NXT provides support for two PCB backup types. Ridged backup pins are automtically placed and the positioning is confirmed. Soft backup is also supported for absorbing impact on small chips and high-precision components. Intelligent FeedersHorizontal loading allows feeders to be loaded while the machine is moving. Furthermore, feeders can be loaded into any available slot when using the ID function. User InterfaceThe NXT's graphical user interface is simple and easy-to-understand, minimizing time-consuming operator training.
