OMRON VT-RNS-L (AOI) Automated Optical Inspection Machine (2009)
The inspection process employs image processing techniques specially designed for the color highlight system. It is possible to output the inspection results to either the monitor or printer. It is also possible to send a signal to a downstream machine to separate faulty boards from good ones.
