Description:
The HEPCO 8000-1 is an adjustable axial lead forming and cutting machine designed for preparation of taped axial components prior to through-hole PCB insertion. The machine feeds components from continuous taped reels and forms/trims the leads to the required configuration.

The adjustable tooling allows the operator to control component body spacing, lead forming dimensions and finished lead configuration. The machine shown is currently configured and demonstrated with axial components.
